■ About returning/exchange product

Although we have taken all possible measures for delivering right product you ordered, however, contact us via following toll-free phone number if you find different product from you ordered or dany defect. We will be ready for refund or exchange.

  • □ Returning prodcut : Call us about returning the product within seven days after the delivery of the product. Then send the product to the following address.
    • Package opened (except defect product)
    • Name carved product (except defect product)
    • Product damaged due to customers handling
    • Product which past seven day after delivery

    • Please note that you are obligated to pay for any shipping fee if the reason for returning/exhanging product is not our fault.
    • Send via "Chakubarai" (receving end shipping fee payment) if the fault is ours like defect product.
    • We recommend that you use registered mail or Takkyubin as your package may be lost on its way otherwise.
