Introduction

This "Usage Guide" explains in detail how to use the Hakuhodo official online shop, so be sure to read it before shopping. The products and all information on this website are valid only in Japan.

About payment

Payment methods for products are credit card (3D Secure), convenience store payment,You can use PayPay and Alipay, Union Pay, WeChat Pay. For details, see each section.

1. Credit card
The following various credit cards (3D Secure) can be used.

2. Convenience store payment
The following convenience stores are available.
  • * Payment deadline at convenience stores is 10 days after ordering. Please note that if payment is not made within 10 days, it will be canceled.
  • * After April 1, 2008, payments exceeding 300,000 yen will not be possible at all convenience stores.

    • Make a note of the two numbers, "Company code or customer number" and "Order number or confirmation number" on the reception completion screen.
    • From the Famiport terminal top screen "Payment (payment at a convenience store)" installed at FamilyMart stores, you can output an "application ticket" by completing the procedure with the two numbers you wrote down.
    • Please present your "application ticket" to the cashier and pay in cash.
    • The expiration date of the "application ticket" is 30 minutes from the output.
    • After payment, please be sure to receive the "Handling Statement and Receipt (Customer Copy)".
  • 【Seven-Eleven】

    • Please print the payment slip from "Display payment slip" on the reception completion screen, or make a note of the "payment slip number" and make a note of it.
    • Please say "Internet payment" at the 7-Eleven store cashier.
    • Please present the printed "Payment slip" or "Payment slip number" before making a payment.
    • After payment, we will give you a "receipt" so please keep it in a safe place.

    Only available at stores with Loppi terminals.

    • Please present your "application ticket" to the cashier and pay in cash.
    • The expiration date of the "application ticket" is 30 minutes from the output.
    • We will give you a "receipt" in exchange for the price, so please be sure to receive it.
  • [Ministop]

    Only available at stores with Loppi terminals.

    • Make a note of the "reception number" on the reception completion screen.
    • An "application ticket" will be output when you complete the procedure using the "reception number" and "phone number" that you wrote down from the "Persons with various numbers" on the top screen of the Loppi terminal installed at the Ministop store.
    • Please present your "application ticket" to the cashier and pay in cash.
    • The expiration date of the "application ticket" is 30 minutes from the output.
    • We will give you a "receipt" in exchange for the price, so please be sure to receive it.
  • [Seiko Mart]

    • Make a note of the "reception number" on the reception completion screen.
    • Please tell "Internet payment" at the Seicomart store cashier.
    • The operation screen will be displayed at the cash register at the store, so enter the "reception number" and "phone number" that you wrote down by operating the touch panel.
    • After payment, we will give you a "receipt" so please keep it in a safe place.

  • Nekoposu is a service provided by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., which is a shipping method in which small packages are delivered in the same delivery time as normal delivery and then posted to a mailbox.

    Delivery date and time
    • After confirming your order, it will usually be delivered to you in about 10 days, but due to the nature of manual production by craftsmen, delivery may be delayed. In that case, please note that we will contact you by email.
    • Please note that it may be slightly delayed depending on the area and schedule.
    • * About orders that include liquids
      If Hokkaido or Okinawa is specified as the delivery destination, we use an aircraft as the means of transportation. Security management is being strengthened for cargo carried on these aircraft based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and there are restrictions on the air transportation of cargo containing liquids. Therefore, if you specify the delivery address to Hokkaido or Okinawa, it will take about 5 to 7 days to arrive because it will be shipped by land if there is a product containing liquid in your order. In that case, please note that you cannot specify the delivery date.

    • We will deliver it on the desired date and time. Delivery on Sundays and public holidays is also possible.
    • When ordering, please enter the delivery date and the time zone specified below in the shipping request field.
    • You can specify the delivery date, but please note that if you do not meet your request.

    • Receipts cannot be issued at Hakuhodo for convenience store payments and cash on delivery payments.
