この度、主に中国のECサイト「天猫」上で、弊社が製造していない「白鳳堂」の名称を付した商品（以下、当該商品を「中国流通製品」といいます。）が販売されていることが確認されています。

弊社は、「天猫」での取引及び、販売を行っておりません。「天猫」において販売されている「白鳳堂」の名称を付した中国流通製品は、弊社とは全く関係がございません。

弊社では、弊社ブランドに関連する不適切な製品の排除に向け対応を強化しておりますが、お客様におかれましては弊社直営店舗、百貨店、弊社ECサイトの正規販売店を通じて白鳳堂製品をご購入いただきますようお願いいたします。

中国流通製品による品質問題などが生じましても、弊社では対応いたしかねますので、予めご了承ください。
